Michael Rice

Michael Rice is a Deals Senior Manager at PwC and a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York. With nearly two years of audit experience at EY, they focused primarily on financial statement audits in the Hedge Fund and Private Equity sectors. Additionally, Michael completed a rotation on the MacrosMadeEasY team, enhancing audit efficiencies within the Financial Services Office. They previously interned at EY in Chicago and worked at Spare To Share, a community engagement technology start-up, where they undertook various roles. Michael graduated with honors from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business with Bachelor's Degrees in Finance and Accounting.
