Michael Schiro is a Strategic Change and Learning Leader with extensive experience in talent and leadership development. Previously, they served as a Talent and Leadership Development Consultant at CNA Insurance and held various roles at PwC, including Manager and Director of Workforce Transformation. They also coordinated initiatives and managed volunteer programs at LIFT, Inc., and had leadership positions at Acero Schools. Currently, Michael is an MSLOC Instructor (Adjunct) at Northwestern University, where they continue to contribute to the field of learning and organizational change. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Spanish from Loyola University Chicago and a Master’s degree from Northwestern University.
