Michael Shea is a Partner at PwC Canada, leading the National Private Equity and Pension Funds Sector within the Deals practice. With over 20 years of experience at PwC, Michael initially joined the Canadian Assurance practice in 2004 before moving to the Valuations practice in London in 2007. Since returning to Canada in 2011, Michael has been integral in growing and leading PwC’s Deals Modelling Group and Deals Analytics Groups. They hold the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designations, and earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Saint Mary's University.
