Michelle Bowman

Michelle Bowman is a retired Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they served from 2002 to the present and brought over 30 years of experience in assurance and business advisory services. With extensive SEC experience, Michelle managed complex accounting matters for large and mid cap public companies, providing practical advice to improve financial reporting and internal controls. Prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, Michelle was a Partner at Arthur Andersen from 1985 to 2002. Michelle holds a degree from Boston College, where they studied from 1981 to 1985.
