Mike Bayersdorfer

Mike Bayersdorfer is currently a Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions Tax group at PwC, having previously held roles as Senior Manager and Senior Associate within the same department. They gained valuable legal experience as a Legal Intern with the New York Yankees and at the Superior Court of New Jersey. Bayersdorfer holds a JD/MBA from The College of William and Mary, where they also coached the novice men's rowing team. Their academic background also includes a Master's in Business Administration from The Mason School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College.
