Mike McHale

Mike McHale is a retired Deals and Global Client Relationship Partner with PwC, where they contributed over 35 years of expertise in mergers and acquisitions services. They provided a comprehensive range of services, including due diligence and post-merger integration, to various corporate and financial clients. Currently, Mike teaches 'The Art of the M&A Deal' as an Adjunct Instructor at Colby College. They are a Certified Public Accountant and earned an undergraduate degree from Drexel University, holding memberships in both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
