Mike Spiryda

Mike Spiryda is PWC’s U.S. Asset Management Tax Leader for Mutual Funds, with over 25 years of specialized experience in the investment management industry, particularly focusing on regulated investment companies. They have provided a comprehensive range of tax services to clients, including regulated investment companies, hedge funds, and private equity partnerships. Mike has also organized and instructed numerous training seminars related to the investment management field. They are a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and hold licensure as a certified public accountant in New York and Maryland. Mike earned a Bachelor of Accountancy from The George Washington University in 1993.
