Mona Jach

Mona Jach, CPA, is currently a Director at PwC within the Deals - CMAAS financial instrument group. They provide technical accounting advisory services emphasizing capital raising, investment transactions, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS. Previously, Mona worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, advising clients in the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors, and assisted Google’s Equity Accounting team. Their experience also includes serving as an IPO and Technical Accounting Senior Associate at Connor Group, where they supported technology and biotech companies with IPO readiness. Mona holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Shenzhen University and is pursuing a Master’s in Financial Services Management from the University of Surrey and a Certificate in Accounting for Controller from the University of California, Berkeley.
