Morgane Royer

Morgane Royer is currently a Senior Consultant at PwC in the Space Practice, where they conduct market and sector studies on space and related technologies, and draft space policy, strategy, and regulatory frameworks. Previously, they held various roles, including Associate at PwC, Telecommunications and Satellites Procurement Trainee at the European Space Agency, and Associate at LMI Advisors, LLC. Morgane’s education includes a Master in Space Law and Telecommunications from M2 Droit, and a CAPA from HEDAC, where they graduated cum laude. They have also interned at organizations such as Bird & Bird and SES Satellites, contributing to legal research and regulatory analysis in the space sector.
