Neil Baxter

Neil Baxter is an Assurance Director in the Private Company Services practice at PwC, where they have worked since 2007, including six years in the UK and Europe. As a trusted advisor, Neil provides guidance on various business and accounting matters for private companies throughout their lifecycle. They manage private company audits and coordinate audit transitions, with significant experience in complex group reporting and standalone financial statements across multiple industries. Neil holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Sheffield University and is currently pursuing Executive Education at the Kellogg School of Management through the PwC Family Enterprise Advanced Education Program.
