Nick Barlow is a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, having previously served as a Director in the Valuations team from 2018 to 2024. With extensive experience in transactions within the retail, consumer, and leisure sectors, they have worked with both corporate and private equity investors. Nick's expertise includes performing valuations for potential transactions, conducting sector and economic analysis, and complex modelling to support deal assessments. Nick graduated with a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Warwick in 2002.
