Nickolas Reyes

Nickolas Reyes, CPA, currently works as a manager with PwC's Capital Markets Advisory team in New York, specializing in advising clients on IPOs, carve-outs, spin-offs, and strategic transactions. With a focus on creating financial statements for SEC filings and conducting financial due diligence, Nickolas has developed a strong expertise in the field. They also hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida and previously served as a summer analyst at J.P. Morgan. Nickolas is currently enhancing their technical knowledge in investment management while preparing for Level 2 of the CFA program.
