Ola Ødegaard

Ola Ødegaard is currently the Director of Deals (M&A) at PwC, where they have progressed from Senior Associate to Manager and now Director while specializing in Transaction Services. Ola's previous experience includes working in PwC's Valuation & Modeling group and serving as an intern at Advokatfirmaet Selmer DA and a Corporate Finance staff member at Norne Securities. They hold multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science from Norges Handelshøyskole and Universität Mannheim, as well as a Bachelor's in Finance from Handelshøyskolen BI. Throughout their career, Ola has developed expertise in valuing transactions and supporting mergers and acquisitions across various industries.
