Papiya Patel

Papiya Patel is a Strategy and Insights Manager at PwC UK, specializing in Learning and Development and people-related strategies. Papiya previously worked as a Talent Consultant at Colt Technology Services, where they supported the upskilling of 5,000 employees and fostered a coaching culture. Prior to that, Papiya contributed as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of York, focusing on human brain studies and adolescent resilience.
