Patrick Delaney is a Principal at PwC, specializing in corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, strategic contracting, and general legal advisory. They began their career as a Legal Research Officer at the National E-Health Transition Authority in 2006 and subsequently worked as a Law Clerk at the International Court of Justice. Patrick served as a Legal Consultant at the Ministry of Justice and a Consultant for the Equal Rights Trust, before joining Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP as an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group from 2009 to 2012. Since then, they have been providing corporate counsel at PwC, where they remain passionate about legal technology.
