Paul Nutter

Paul Nutter is a seasoned professional in value creation in deals, currently serving as a Director at PwC, where they focus on delivering separation, integration, and value creation roles for corporate and private equity clients. With experience spanning over 120 M&A transactions and business change projects, Paul has previously held roles as M&A Operations Director at Hyve Group plc and a freelancer in a separation director capacity. Paul began their career at PwC as an auditor and later became a Senior Manager in M&A Operations, bringing extensive technical expertise and a human touch to complex projects. Paul is also a Chartered Accountant and is pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Management at the University of Nottingham.
