Phil Grech

Phil Grech is currently a Manager at PwC, having assumed the role in 2025. Previously, they worked at BDO UK LLP from 2018 to 2022, where they progressed from Graduate Trainee to Global Financial Reporting Assistant Manager, achieving the ACA qualification with first-time passes in all exams. Phil has extensive experience in preparing statutory financial statements and has championed various team initiatives, including software migrations and training workshops. They hold a Master's degree in Digital Media Practice from Bournemouth University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Meteorology from the University of Reading.
