Philipp Aichele

Philipp Aichele has been a Director of Legal Services at PwC since June 2000, specializing in company law, particularly merger law and accounting/audit law. Additionally, Philipp possesses extensive expertise in contract law, M&A, and inheritance law. Philipp also holds a position as Director at PwC Legal Switzerland since 2000. Philipp earned a lic.iur. degree in Law from the University of Basel between 1989 and 1993 and completed training as an attorney-at-law in Kanton BS in 1997.
