Randy Hoff

Randy Hoff is a seasoned professional in the fields of real estate and energy, currently serving as a Partner at PwC, where they focus on energy transition, operations strategy, and sustainability. Previously, Randy was the Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman at Cenergistic from 2004 to 2017, and they held various positions at GE from 2002 to 2004, including Six Sigma Master Blackbelt. Randy earned an MBA from Marquette University and a Doctor of Engineering in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University, alongside a BS in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University. Currently, they are pursuing a Certificate in Environmental and Civil Engineering with a focus on sustainability at Southern Methodist University.
