Rauf M.

Rauf M. serves as a Director in PwC's Labor and Social practice within the GCC region since August 2022. Previously, Rauf held the position of Advisor to the President at the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau from October 2021 to August 2022. Rauf's extensive experience includes roles at Qatar Development Bank as Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer and Department Manager for Product Development, as well as Senior Manager at PwC's PRTM Management Consulting, where Rauf supported organizations across the Middle East, US, and Scandinavia. Rauf also worked as Sustainability and Innovation Senior Manager at the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy, emphasizing sustainability-driven innovation. Rauf's earlier positions include Acting Head of Sectors Development for the Government of Dubai and Senior Country Manager at the Islamic Development Bank, among others. Rauf holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from IE Business School and a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University.
