Ric Lea

Ric Lea is a risk management and regulation expert in financial services, specializing in the insurance sector. They have held various roles at the Bank of England, including Technical Specialist and Manager in PRA Insurance supervision, where they focused on capital requirements and risk transfer. Currently, Ric works as a Senior Manager at PwC, advising clients on regulatory risk management frameworks and leveraging technology solutions. Additionally, they are a Risk key function holder at Antares and serve as a Board Trustee and Treasurer for Olney Pre-School. Ric holds an MSc in Transport Planning and Civil Engineering from the University of Leeds and a BEng in Civil Engineering with Construction Management from The University of Edinburgh.
