Rintu Mitra is an experienced professional in quality management and process improvement with a strong background in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. At JSW Steel, Rintu served as Junior Manager, leading the implementation of Total Quality Management and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Transitioning to KPMG India, Rintu worked as Assistant Manager and later as Manager, delivering operational excellence consulting and training on Lean Six Sigma, successfully achieving significant cost savings for key clients. Subsequently, Rintu joined Huhtamaki India as Deputy Manager, where responsibilities included promoting a culture of continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing sites. Currently, Rintu holds the position of Senior Associate at PwC, partnering with clients to enhance business outcomes through data analytics and digital transformation initiatives. Rintu holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University.
