Robert Hahn has over 15 years of experience in IT management and application support, holding multiple senior management positions across various companies. At HSBC Technology and Services from 2003 to 2011, Robert served as Sr. Production Support Manager and later as Sr. Manager Production Support. Robert transitioned to Citi, where the role of Application Support Technical Specialist was held from 2011 to 2013. In 2019, Robert joined PwC, serving as Senior Manager in both Tax Application Support and US IT Operations Quality. Currently, Robert holds the position of Change Management process owner for PwC Americas IT, overseeing processes for a team managing over 30,000 changes annually, while also initiating automation strategies for RFC creation in a DevOps model. Robert obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Mount Saint Mary College between 1993 and 1996.
