Robert Stratton possesses extensive experience in tax law and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Mergers & Acquisitions Tax at PwC since July 2022, Robert has held various roles within the firm, progressing from Senior Associate to Manager between July 2017 and December 2019. Previous experiences include roles such as Legal Intern at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, Project Coordinator at Peirce Phelps, and Tax Intern at Shellpoint Partners LLC.
