Roberto Hernandez is a Partner at PwC’s Strategy Practice, currently serving as the Customer Strategy & Experience Leader. Previously, they held various leadership roles at PwC, including Partner in Customer Transformation, and were a Senior Manager in the Consumer Finance Group. Roberto began their career at Merrill Lynch as a Senior Specialist in Equity Trading and later worked as an Associate at Goldman Sachs. They earned a BS from Universidad Panamericana and dual MBAs from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
