Rod Adams is a strategy-driven HR leader with over 25 years of experience in human resource processes and strategies. Currently serving as PwC’s Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Leader across Mexico and the US, Rod oversees a team responsible for hiring more than 13,000 professionals annually. Rod is passionate about building a diverse and inclusive workforce and has played a key role in transitioning to a digital-first recruiting function while maintaining internship programs during COVID-19. Additionally, Rod is a Daniel Burnham Fellow for Leadership Greater Chicago and a board member of the Posse Foundation Chicago Advisory Board.
