Rodney Maxwell

Rodney Maxwell has extensive experience in financial effectiveness and programme management, currently serving as a Partner at PwC since 2008. In this role, Rodney focuses on Finance Operating Model design and Enterprise Performance Management, particularly within the Pharma and Retail sectors. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Senior Manager at Accenture, where expertise in retail, pharma, performance management, and IT programme management was developed from 1993 to 2008. Rodney's prior role at PwC as a Partner in the Government and Health Industries Practice concluded in 2016 due to health challenges. Educated at The University of Edinburgh with a B.Com Hons in Business, Rodney also attended Down High School.
