Roxana Oudelet, CESGA®, SCR®, is a seasoned Strategy Consultant with extensive experience in the banking industry, specializing in Corporate Investment Banking, Performance Analysis, and Strategic Planning with a focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) topics. Roxana currently serves as the Director of FI Sustainability Advisory at PwC, where they drive ESG reporting efforts and provide expert guidance on complex ESG issues. They also contribute to EFRAG's Working Group on Sustainability Reporting, facilitating discussions and conducting research on industry standards. Roxana holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Financial Engineering from ESCP Europe and is pursuing additional studies in Corporate Finance at The University of Hong Kong. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated an ability to navigate complex financial and regulatory landscapes, delivering valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
