Roxann Bindas

Roxann Bindas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in application support and technical operations. Currently serving as a Senior Application Support Specialist at The Equity Engineering Group, Roxann leads SOC 2 compliance efforts and provides level 2 technical SaaS support. Previously, Roxann worked as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Rockwell Automation, where collaboration with customers and development of technical documentation were pivotal to resolving product issues. Additionally, Roxann serves as a Functional Analyst Lead at PwC, managing a team that supports global technical operations, enhances product features, and optimizes user support through data analysis.
