Ruth Chen

Ruth Chen is an accomplished International Tax Senior Manager with significant experience in tax management and accounting. They began their career as a Staff Accountant at MedAmerica from 2006 to 2007, before taking on various roles in tax, including a Tax Intern position at Jeanne A. Shannon, APC and an International Tax Senior role at Cisco in 2017. They progressed through multiple positions at PwC from 2019 to 2023, ultimately serving as an International Tax Senior Manager. Currently, Ruth holds the position of Senior Tax Manager at Block, further solidifying their expertise in the field. Ruth earned a BS in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis, and a Master of Science in Accountancy from San Diego State University.
