Ruth Perez

Ruth Perez is a Principal at PwC, where they are responsible for the firm’s excise tax practice and manage large-scale tax controversy matters. With over 20 years of experience in tax controversy, Ruth has previously held key leadership roles at the Internal Revenue Service, including Deputy Chief of Appeals and Deputy Commissioner of the Small Business/Self-Employed Division. Ruth is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Accounting at Florida International University, as well as further education at Cornell Law School.
