Ryan Addy

Ryan Addy, CPA, is currently a Tax Director at PwC, where they advise a variety of clients in the real estate sector, including owners, developers, and private equity firms. They previously served as a Tax Manager and held other roles withinPwC from 2017 to 2019. Ryan began their career as an intern at Merrill Lynch, providing financial planning services to high-net-worth individuals. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California, completing their studies in 2013. Ryan also contributed to academic research as a Research Analyst in the USC Finance Department.
