Ryan Chow

Ryan Chow has a diverse background in engineering and project management, beginning as a Teaching Assistant and Lab Assistant at Penn State University from August 2009 to May 2011. After gaining experience as an Engineering Student Intern at Verizon, Ryan transitioned into project management roles at various companies, including Starry, Inc., where roles ranged from Project Manager to Senior Manager in Technical Program Management from June 2020 to September 2021. Significant contributions include managing the ConEd AMI Smart Metering Project at both Silver Spring Networks and Itron, Inc. Currently, Ryan serves as a Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Manager at PwC, starting in September 2022. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University and an MBA in Management from Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
