Ryan Johns, MBA, is a leader in organizational change, development, and behavior. They have held various roles, including a Financial Analyst at NextEra Energy Resources from 2011 to 2013, where they analyzed M&A opportunities and prepared strategic presentations for senior management. Currently, they serve as a Director in Workforce Transformation at PwC, leading change management initiatives for large-scale projects and delivering impactful strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness. Ryan also consulted on a business case for the FM Trent Arena and worked with Rollins College's Diversity Advisory Council while earning an MBA in International Business and Management.
