Sam Choi is the Director of the Global Office of the General Counsel at PwC, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this role, Sam served as an associate at Sidley Austin, focusing on commercial litigation and disputes, and conducted internal investigations for clients. Sam’s earlier experience includes working as a law clerk for Judge Lawrence F. Stengel and as an assistant defender at the Defender Association of Philadelphia. Sam earned a B.A. in Politics from Princeton University and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.
