Sam Kinslow

Sam Kinslow, CMI, is the Managing Director of Property Tax at PwC in Houston, bringing 31 years of experience in nationwide real estate and personal property tax valuation and assessment. A Certified Member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT), Sam has contributed significantly to the profession through various roles, including committee member, instructor, and conference speaker. Previously, Sam worked as the Executive Director of Property Tax at EY and as a Director in Property Tax and Valuation Services at Grant Thornton LLP. Sam holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
