Shawndra Winter, M.Ed., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, organizational development, and training across various sectors, including municipal governance and higher education. With roles such as Project Manager in Business Development for the Town of Seiling and Division Supervisor for the City of Steamboat Springs, Shawndra has successfully led change management initiatives, talent acquisition, and operational excellence. Additionally, Shawndra has served as a regional and national trainer for HearingLife, focusing on sales enablement and performance improvement across multiple clinics.
