Shu Chen, CPA, has a robust background in taxation, particularly in mergers and acquisitions. They began their career at PwC, where they advanced through various roles in M&A Tax and State and Local Tax - Financial Services from 2013 to 2015. Shu then joined Boeing in 2019, focusing on international and M&A tax until 2022. Currently, they are a Senior Manager in M&A Tax at PwC, leveraging their extensive expertise in the field. Shu earned a Master of Accounting Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2013.
