Simon spent over a decade at Tata Consultancy Services as a Senior Manager, overseeing the recruitment lifecycle and driving key performance indicators. Currently, Simon holds the position of Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at PwC while having earned an MBA in Human Resource from Symbiosis and a BTech in Information Technology from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering.
