Simone Marchiò

Simone Marchiò is a Tax M&A partner and the Head of the PwC Italy Japanese desk, with over 20 years of experience within the PwC network. They specialize in M&A, corporate reorganization, tax due diligence, and international corporate tax matters, particularly for medium to large multinational firms. Previously, Simone held managerial roles at Studio Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati and has been a partner at TLS - PwC network since 2006. Simone earned a degree in Economics from Università Commerciale 'Luigi Bocconi' between 1992 and 1998.
