Solomon Elefant

Solomon Elefant is a Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Associate at PwC since September 2023, having previously served as a Tax Mergers & Acquisitions Intern at the same firm from June 2022 to September 2022. Prior to these roles, Solomon gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern at GFI Capital Resources Group, Inc. from June 2019 to September 2021. Solomon holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Brooklyn Law School, completed in May 2023, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance from Touro University, awarded in June 2020.
