Sonja Thijs, PhD, has a diverse background in account management, product development, and tax incentives, with expertise in SR&ED Tax Services gained during tenure at PwC and EY from 2011 to 2013 and 2004 to 2011, respectively. Prior to that, Sonja worked at Shell Chemicals in Europe from 1999 to 2003 as an Account Manager, and held roles in product and market development and research at Shell from 1990 to 1999. Currently, Sonja is pursuing a Master's in Business Marketing at the Technical University of Eindhoven while also working toward a Ph.D. in Science - Chemistry at the University of Leuven.
