Steve Blackmore is a strategic pensions advisor and actuary with extensive experience in helping organizations manage pension risk and develop sustainable employee benefits. They have partnered with various sponsors and trustees to address complexities in defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) pension schemes, focusing on risk transfer and data management. At PwC, where they have worked since 2005, Steve plays a key role in enhancing operational effectiveness and shaping market strategies while leading significant pension transactions. Prior to this, they were an actuary at Towers Watson from 1998 to 2005. Steve holds a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Warwick, earned in 1998.
