Steve Halterman

Steve Halterman has extensive experience in the finance and accounting sectors, currently serving as Director National Office at PricewaterhouseCoopers since January 2005. In this role, Steve assists engagement teams with complex client inquiries related to accounting for financial instruments and hedging, while also monitoring FASB and IASB developments. Previously, Steve held the position of Director of Derivatives and Financial Instruments at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company from 2002 to 2005, where responsibilities included directing derivatives strategy and overseeing hedge documentation. Additionally, Steve worked as a Senior Manager at Deloitte from 1995 to 2002, conducting audits for major clients across various industries. Steve's educational background includes a BBA in Accounting from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and earlier studies at the University of Oklahoma.
