Steve Tyler is a partner in PwC’s Asset Management tax practice, specializing in private equity and real estate. Since starting their career in 1997, they have cultivated a reputation for delivering exceptional client service and leading complex tax engagements for prominent firms in the asset management and real estate sectors. Steve earned an M.S. degree in Taxation from the University of North Texas, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and is recognized as a subject matter specialist in various tax structures. Currently based in Atlanta, they have previously worked in both the Dallas and New York markets and serve as a liaison on tax issues for the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with family, playing guitar, and supporting the Texas Rangers.
