Steven Eakins

Steven Eakins is currently the Director and National Lead of Property Tax Consulting Services at PwC, having previously served as Managing Director of Property Tax Services at Equitable Value Inc. They have also held positions as an Adjunct Professor at Seneca College, teaching residential construction techniques, and worked as a Property Inspector at the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation, as well as a Property Tax Analyst at Cushman and Wakefield. Eakins completed a diploma in Real Property Administration at Seneca College and studied Theoretical and Mathematical Physics at Carleton University.
