Steven Fleming

Steven Fleming is a Principal and U.S. Leader of PwC’s Performance & Restructuring practice, bringing extensive experience in financial analysis and management. Previously, they served as Director of Financial Reporting, Planning and Analysis and Director of Transactions Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where they oversaw teams and managed significant budgets while advising on high-profile transactions in the Middle East. Additionally, Steven held various roles supporting strategic decisions within the firm, including work in the US Chairman's Office and the Global Chairman's Office. They completed their education at Columbia Business School from 2002 to 2004.
