Steven Kenney

Steven Kenney, CPA, is a Director within PwC’s Deals practice, specializing in Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS). They began their career at PwC in 2009 in Boston, focusing on the technology sector, and transitioned to the Deals practice in 2014. With significant experience in IPO assistance, SEC reporting, and U.S. GAAP compliance, Steven has served clients domestically and internationally, including a recent two-year tenure in Frankfurt, Germany. Steven holds a B.S. in Accounting from Stonehill College and an MSA from Babson College, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts State Boards of Accountancy.
