Suruchi Nema has over 4 years of experience in strategy and operations consulting within the power sector, primarily at PwC from October 2020 to March 2025, where roles included Associate Director, Manager, and Senior Consultant. Prior experience includes serving as a Consultant at KPMG India from July 2014 to August 2018, applying KPMG’s 9 levers of value model to operations consulting projects focused on core business processes and operating models for power distribution companies (DISCOMs). Additional experience includes a Summer Internship at Tetra Tech in June 2013 and a role as a Volunteer Service Associate at the American Red Cross Society from July 2011 to March 2012, where project leadership included a data migration initiative and the design of an online Disaster Management Portal. Suruchi Nema holds dual MBA degrees in Power Management from the National Power Training Institute and Maharishi Dayanand University, obtained between May 2012 and June 2014.
