Taylor Davis

Taylor Davis is a legal professional specializing in intellectual property and technology transactions, currently serving as the Head of the Technology Law Group at PwC. Taylor began their career as a Summer Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP in 2008 and later advanced to an Associate role, where they represented clients in various technology-related business transactions. From 2012 to 2016, Taylor held multiple positions at Renesas Electronics America Inc., ultimately serving as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel. Since 2016, Taylor has been with PwC, progressing from Director to Principal in the IP and Technology Transactions group. Taylor earned a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.A. in History from Yale University.
